Grilled Beef 'n' Vegetable-Topped Pizza

Yield:  2-8" round or 1-12" round pizza

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 21 minutes

1 pound ground beef, lean or thinly sliced steak
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1/4 to 1/2 cup A.1 BOLD Steak Sauce
16 oz. Refrigerated pizza dough or ready-made pizza shell
2 tbsp. Olive oil
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8oz.)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup sliced green olives
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives

In medium skillet, over medium-high heat, brown ground beef until no longer pink, stirring to break up beef: drain.  Stir in Pizza sauce and steak sauce; cook until heated through.  Keep warm.  shape dough into round (s).* Brush one side of dough with olive oil.  Grill dough, oil side down, over low heat for five to seven minutes or until crust is firm and brown.  Brush top crust with oil and turn over on grill surface.  Top with beef mixture, cheeses, tomato, onions and olives.   Grill, cover with lid or foil for five to seven minutes or until bottom is golden and cheese melts.  Serve immediately.

*When using the ready made pizza shell, brush one side with oil and warm on the grill oil-side down for two minutes.  Brush top of shell with oil and turn over on grill surface.  Continue as above.
