Beef Pinwheels

  • 6 ounces thinly sliced lean roast beef
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 package crescent rolls (8 servings)
  1. Remove rolls and place on a lightly floured surface.  Seal seams by pressing together.  roll dough lightly and thinly to form a 10 x 16 inch rectangle.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and horseradish; spread over dough, leaving 1/2 inch edge at the top.   Place beef slices over the surface.
  3. Roll jelly roll style, from the long side.  Cut roll into 32 slices, about 1/2 inch thick.  Place on baking sheet and bake at 375° F for 10 to 12 minutes.   Serve warm.  Makes 32 slices
