- Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer
pink. Pour off drippings and rinse, if desired.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese on one side of each tortilla. Divide ground beef
equally (or deli slices) and arrange on top of cheese. Spread with 1 to 2
tablespoons taco sauce or salsa and top with 1 tablespoon cheese. Fold tortillas
over in half.
- Heat skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes. Heat two quesadillas in ungreased
skillet for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes, turning once. Tortilla should be lightly brown.
Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Serve with additional salsa and sour cream
if desired.
