container. Shake before using to blend.

Spicy Seasoning Mix
Combine all ingredients. store, covered in
airtight container. Shake before using to blend.
Moisten surface of meat (1 1/2 - 2 pound roast) lightly with water. combine seasonings. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon seasoning mix covering all surfaces of meat: rub well onto meat. reserve remaining seasoning for future roasts.
Combine seasoning ingredients; press into all surfaces of beef (approximately 2 lbs.) cook until done.
