Titanium Chef Competition

The Titanium Chef Beef Competition was inspired by the Food Network’s popular show “Iron Chef.”  The competition offers South Dakota culinary professionals a way to showcase their talents utilizing beef as well as applying new ideas on how to menu beef and secure more beef items on menus.

State Fair Beef Cook-Off

The South Dakota Beef Cook-Off contest sets the stage for non-professional cooks to tap into their culinary skills by creating their best beef dishes.  The competition is open to men and women; ages 10 and older.  This event is hosted by South Dakota CattleWomen.

SD Beef Ambassador

The S.D. Beef Ambassador Program strives to provide an opportunity for youth to educate consumers about beef nutrition, food safety and stewardship practices of the beef industry.
