PRIVATE TREATY SALES
Use this form to report your private treaty sales via mail. Complete form as well as submit your payment to the South Dakota Beef Industry Council by the 15th of the month following your cattle sale.
ONLINE MONTHLY REMITTANCE
Use this form to report monthly cattle sales online. This form is primarily for feedyards, sale barns and processors who remit payments each month. Contact the SDBIC office to request login access. You may also print a monthly remittance form if you would rather remit via mail.
PRINT REDIRECTION FORM
Producers may use this form to request that the State Beef Council send the full $1-per-head beef checkoff assessment from their individual cattle sales to the Cattlemen's Beef Board and that the State Beef Council not retain any portion of the individual’s assessment for its direct programming efforts.
